Our own Shane Scott will lead a class in wild edibles. This class will focus on the identification, harvesting methods, and preparation of wild edibles common to the Ouachita Highlands region. It is not a scientific study of plants and fungi but is a presentation of information useful in foraging activities in the region and based on first-hand knowledge and extensive practical experience.
