Please make plans to attend a relaxed gathering to welcome the incoming NiTs and to discuss the upcoming adventures for the new year!

Meet at Robert's house (29 Ridgeview Drive, Conway, AR - correctly located on Google Earth/Maps) at/or around 5:00.

The event was originally to be an outdoor campfire/bonfire function. Unfortunately, a burn ban is in effect for the county so our bonfire will have to be curtailed. Therefore, the event will be a drop-in function from 5:00 to 8:00. There will be chili/makings and drinks available; if you feel adventurous, please feel free to bring something to contribute (but not required).

NOTE: This is an update to the original post changing the event from a bonfire outdoor event to a drop-in event.

In addition, feel free to bring family; however, please note that this venue is seriously not child-proofed by any stretch of the imagination, so if you bring kiddos, please keep a weather-eye on their wanderings.
